I’ve often had to face this issue of not being able to change the ‘Send/Receive’ settings on my
Outlook. It usually occurs halfway through the procedure of changing it, that my Outlook would

You’ll have multiple SRS files in the directory if you have multiple mail profiles configured in
Outlook. These files will be named after your mail profile. So all you need to do is change the
file names back to .old when Outlook is closed and all your Outlook problems will be solved.
