Resolve error 30145-4 by running a Fix it tool on your computer. To fix the problem, first try to run an online repair of Office or remove previous installs of Office 2013 or Office 365 before installing.
Use the advanced fix it tool to uninstall office and try to reinstall Office on your computer.
If you can’t uninstall Office 2013 or Office 365 by using the Fix it solution, try the following manual uninstall steps, or contact technical support for help.
Manual steps include working on Registry:
It is required to take a backup of the system registry before you work on it.
The office15 file needs to be deleted from the registry. The Microsoft Office 15 folders have to be removed from your system programs root folders.
A system restart is always required after making changes on registry.
