Error 30145-4 can occur if your antivirus or malware software or your firewall is interfering with the Office install. Proxy settings on your computer can also cause this problem.
Temporarily turn off the antivirus

Use the advanced fix it tool to uninstall office and try to reinstall Office on your computer.

Manual steps include working on Registry:
It is required to take a backup of the system registry before you work on it.
The office15 file needs to be deleted from the registry. The Microsoft Office 15 folders have to be removed from your system programs root folders.
A system restart is always required after making changes on registry.
